What If Robert Hur Knew Exactly What He Was Doing?
In a video presentation Alan Dershowitz a brilliant but left leaning constitutional attorney, took Robert Hur to task for not understanding anything associated with Hur’s report about Joe Biden’s retention of classified material and his mental status. As I have explained in this Substack Note, I believe that Mr. Dershowitz has missed the point or perhaps he has offered a misdirection.
Mr. Dershowitz has titled his latest offering: Hur report on Biden: Wrong on law, facts and politics. However, if you take the time to read the Hur Report you will find that MR. has an excellent command of the law, the facts, and power politics.
