ANDY BESHEAR <---> TIM WALZ
Either Wisdom Or Dumb Luck Has Saved Andy Beshear The Embarrassment of Kamala Harris But It Has Left The Nation With The Most Dangerous Political Pairing In Our History
The Pick is in and it’s not Andy Beshear. Kamala Harris as one might have easily suspected, chose the one governor in America that’s crazier than she is. Whether Harris rejected Beshear because he’s too “moderate” or he rejected her because she’s dangerously stupid, matters little. Note being stupid does not negate being Machiavellian and viciously so. And that is what Kamala Harris is.
Kamala Harris chose Tim Walz a subject rife with reasons to pound one’s head on one’s closest wall. Meanwhile Kentucky retains Andy Beshear, Czar of Kentucky’s COVID wars and defender of the right of children to be mutilated in the name of “gender affirming care” — a multi billion dollar national industry.
What else does Kentucky get by keeping Beshear?
A staunch defender of the Certificate of Need (CON); the legislation meant to ensure equitable distribution of healthcare in the state but instead has allowed a system of healthcare organization monopolies to thrive forcing smaller rural hospitals to close. Among those organizations supporting Andy Beshear are St. Elizabeth Health, CHI St. Joseph Health, Owensboro Health, Pikeville Medical Center, and the monster Baptist Health. Just those five health care systems (or their employee surrogates) encompass roughly one third of the state — including virtually all “large” population centers and their surrounding counties. They have also taken up shop in a half dozen counties in Indiana and a couple in Virginia and they play a huge role in determining who our state Representatives, Senators, and Governors will be.
How does that happen? Simple — through their campaign contributions.
Those five health care systems along with Humana, the giant health insurance company, have during his two successful runs for governor, contributed almost $70,000 to Andy along with $27,000 from the law firm of Stites & Harbison and a smaller amount from FrostBrownTodd. What is so special about those two law firms? Both have senior members with a practice area in Certificate of Need and FrostBrownTodd, a major donor to candidates supportive of the CON, also has an organizational relationship with the St. Elizabeth Foundation.
As I have covered before (see THE BOONE COUNTY PAPERS on Larry’s Letters home page), as these healthcare systems grow like weeds they choke out the small, independent, rural hospitals, prevent competition, increase the cost of health care, and stifle innovation. Make no mistake these healthcare organizations are buying off our political “leaders” and Andy Beshear has been more than happy to be the recipient of their money. In return Andy urged people to be “vaccinated” for COVID 19 which was a money maker for those same health care system. Beshear also vetoed legislation that would have put an end to “gender affirming care” for minors. Fortunately for Kentucky his veto was overridden. And Beshear was on the verge of violating employee rights under the Occupational Safety and Health Act by forcing them to be vaccinated with the dangerous mRNA inoculant or lose their jobs but was stopped by a Supreme Court decision that forced an end to the practice. When St. Elizabeth and other hospital systems in the state demanded that their employees be inoculated, Beshear said nothing. During this same period Beshear managed to close churches, schools, and businesses. With regard to church closings, Beshear at one point used the State Police to intimidate people of faith who assembled in their own vehicles in a church parking lot so that they could listen to their pastor over a speaker system.
But Kamala’s loss was small because Andy Beshear is nothing like his buddy Tim Walz who signed legislation that put feminine hygiene products in EVERY school bathroom in the state — even boys bathrooms:
“Governor Tim Walz, a former high school teacher and football coach, signed an education finance bill that required all public and charter schools in the state to "provide students with access to menstrual products at no charge," and that they "must be available to all menstruating students," even those who need to use the boys' restroom.”
I simply cannot imagine why the only place a menstruating female might be able to find feminine hygiene products is in a boys bathroom.
We now know that Tim Walz lied about his service record multiple times AND most importantly resigned from the National Guard unit he was assigned to shortly after he learned that his unit was about to be deployed to Iraq. These well established facts are being scrubbed by the so-called main stream media as fast as they possibly can. And the Harris-Walz campaign is re-writing Walz’s bio to prevent further questioning of his repeated lies about his service record.
As I sat to edit this piece it has been learned that Walz also lied about being in combat here’s the video.
Walz also fostered legislation that repealed the requirement for doctors to 1) report when an infant survived an abortion AND 2) to provide supportive care to those infants. In other words, Waltz is perfectly OK with allowing an infant to die alone, without supportive care on a stainless steel counter.
“Minnesota was the rare state to require such born-alive abortions to be publicly reported, creating a powerful statistic for pro-life and anti-abortion forces to draw upon.
But in 2023, Walz worked with his new Democrat-controlled Legislature to eliminate both the reporting requirement and the state’s legal obligation for doctors, nurses and medical professionals to administer life-saving care to infants born alive during an abortion procedure. The governor-turned-vice presidential nominee signed an omnibus bill known as SF2995 that closed one of the few statistical windows on late-term abortions and the possibility that babies born alive were left to die.”
Not to be out weirded by JD Vance, during the Black Lives Matter riots in Minneapolis-St. Paul following the controversial death of George Floyd, Mrs. Walz spent her evenings enjoying the smell of burning tires through her open windows:
“I could smell the burning tires, and that was a very real thing,” Walz said of the BLM protests that swept Minnesota and beyond, including the area near the governor’s home in St. Paul.
“I kept the windows open as long as I could because I felt like that was such a touchstone of what was happening,” she added.”
I have no idea what “such a touchstone happening” means but I do understand what it means to share law enforcement plans with his 19 year old daughter who then tried to share those plans with the rioters. For the record, those riots about which Walz did virtually nothing cost the state of Minnesota about $500 million dollars; a pittance compared to the $17 billion dollar budget surplus that he inherited when became governor which he immediately squander away in just his first year in office.
How did the nation never recognize the brilliance of Tim Walz?
But wait! There’s more!
In 1995 Walz was arrested on a DUI charge when he was stopped for traveling at 96 mph in a 55 mph. In his defense for not yielding to siren’s and lights Walz asserted that he had bad hearing.
Then there is this puzzling statement by Walz: “One man’s socialist is another man’s neighbor.”
There is of course more; much more; find it before its scrubbed.
Why did I start out with Andy Beshear and end up with Tim Walz?
Good question. And the answer? Probably because they are no different in their policies and their disdain for the people they govern. AND because they are buddies.
A word of caution to my fellow Kentuckians particularly registered democrats, and those in purple and blue leaning states.
Unless you support “gender affirming care”, the myth that a persons gender can be changed, that there should be abortion on demand at any time with no limits, and that spending your state into financial oblivion is all perfectly acceptable you may want to consider supporting another party or no party at all.
As people of God we cannot sit by and do nothing while people like Harris, Walz, and yes, Andy Beshear happily distort God’s purpose in their rise to power. Because their rise to power can only happen if we reject God. Therefore, we are obligated to combat evil but not only by prayer. We must also act Godly. And so we have a duty to learn about the candidates and to vote as God would have us vote.
If you are not registered, register.
If you are not knowledgeable about the candidates become knowledgeable before November 5, 2024. And always ask yourself: Am I voting for the person who is pleasing in God’s eye?

Yes, but Walz promises all that free stuff. And he doesn't challenge me to have to think. All I have to do is take his word for it. How can I resist?
