“Whoever digs a pit will fall into it; if someone rolls a stone, it will roll back on them. A lying tongue hates those it hurts, and a flattering mouth works ruin.” Proverbs 26:27-28
Apart from Julie Gerberding, a former Director of CDC and the current CEO of the Foundation for the National Institutes for Health, Rochelle Walensky is the most political tip of the spear of public health in the history of this nation. And now we have sadly learned that she may also be CDC’s most deceitful Director.
This is the PR side of CDC and its leader:
We now know that Walensky’s statement about the CDC working 24/7 to “…share their public health knowledge to benefit others.” is a deceit. How do we know that? We know that because CDC has recently revealed that they have been withholding data on the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic and its attendant disease, COVID-19.
“The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has withheld valuable data on hospitalizations due to COVID-19 in the United States broken down by age, race, and vaccination status, a failure that critics say worsened the pandemic response.”
We also know that Rochelle has broken the law by unilaterally changing the relationship between death and testing positive for COVID-19 when she erased the distinction between “died with” and “died from” COVID-19, changed the case definition of COVID-19, the definition of a vaccine, and the definition of fully vaccinated. We also know that Walensky despite the blaring sound of alarms from the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS), has done nothing — that we know of — to determine if the data on mortality and permanent injuries attendant to the mRNA inoculants are causally related.
Despite all of this, Director Walensky has signed off on this statement which promises us that 24/7 she will keep us “up to date on the most recent data on vaccinations, cases, and deaths”.
Having completely mismanaged the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic in the United States Walensky is now sounding her concern that her authority to collect data will vanish if the federal declaration of a public health emergency is allowed to expire.
“CDC has no general statutory authority to direct what and how public health data are reported. Data authorities related to COVID-19 test results and hospitalizations are available now because of a public health emergency declaration. When that declaration lapses, so do the federal legal authorities to require the reporting of this important information,” a CDC spokesperson told The Epoch Times in an email.
But if the CDC is going to continue its practice of withholding data from those of us who are capable of analyzing that data — why would we care if its authority to collect more data ends?
The larger question is: Why did CDC feel that it was necessary to withhold this data in the first place?
”Agency spokeswoman Kristen Nordlund, who spoke with the New York Times, said the CDC has been slow to put out the streams of data “because basically, at the end of the day, it’s not yet ready for prime time” and the public could misconstrue it”.(emphasis added)
As it stands today, with this admission by the CDC we have no idea what the truth about this pandemic really is.
Here are some questions for CDC:
Why is only some data being withheld?
How do we know what the true rates of cases, hospitalizations, and deaths are?
How does anyone in any state, city, municipality, corporation, or school system develop a sound public health policy for SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19 if CDC has intentionally biased the data?
How do you manage your health and that of your family if you can’t trust the data that you are being given knowing that the CDC doesn’t believe that you are capable of understanding ALL of the data?
“Therefore, since through God’s mercy we have this ministry, we do not lose heart. Rather, we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor do we distort the word of God. On the contrary, by setting forth the truth plainly we commend ourselves to everyone’s conscience in the sight of God.” 2 Corinthians 4:1-2

The CDC has "taken the 5th" to avoid self-incrimination. An American tradition!
Perhaps a FOIA request is in order, to extract the information that is owed to the American people.
Attorneys, care to file a FOIA?
