HOW A FALSE NARRATIVE IS BUILT
NPR, Creating Bias By One Sided Delivery Of The facts -- Even In Pictures
This morning I wanted to find images of war. I wanted to know, in pictures, how the terrorist attack by Hamas looked and I was equally curious to see what Israel’s response looked like. It wasn’t an easy task. The first thing I discovered is that Hamas learns slowly. Over the decades Hamas has sought to cause great harm to Israel and its Israeli AND Arab inhabitants. In response Israel has destroyed the source of the attack. The Israeli responses have historically been surgical and lethal.
But now there is war. Hamas has ensured its own destruction. More than 1,300 Israeli’s have been murdered by Hamas so far; at least 1,200 on Saturday, October 7th alone. Among the Israeli dead are men and women, both old and young; children and infants. Israeli woman were brutally raped and murdered. Entire families were murdered in their homes, their cars, and wherever Hamas could find them including at an outdoor concert. Imagine what goes through the mind of man setting about to murder and infant. I can’t but I do know that it is an act of absolute depravity and immorality.
The Israeli’s for the first time in decades have declared that they are officially at war with Hamas and that Gaza and Hamas, the source of terroristic acts against Israeli’s, will be vanquished. As the Iranian backers of Hamas and Hezbollah and a host of other terrorist organizations have said: ‘In war there are victors and there are the vanquished.’
There are stories, rumors, suggestions, hints, the Israeli response will be in proportion to the magnitude of what the crimes against humanity committed by the Hamas murderers, kidnappers, and rapists. And so this morning I wanted to find images of war to see for myself what has been going on. The first story that I found that provided those images was this one by Nicole Werbeck, Grace Widyatmadja, Aya Batrawy, Peter Kenyon, and Estefania Mitre at NPR.com. For the most these journalists have spent their careers in the Middle East but not in Israel. While their first hand knowledge of Arab nations appears to be vast - their first hand knowledge of Israel appears to be limited as is their presentation of what Hamas did to civilian Israelis on October 7, 2023.
Take the time to look at the photos selected by this group of NPR journalists. I did and this is what I discovered. I discovered that these journalists want us to see the brutality of the Israeli response including dead child or those severely wounded physically and emotionally as well as the seemingly wonton destruction of Gaza City.
And they also wanted us these pictures of the “suffering of Israeli’s:
On the one hand, NPR wants us to see the devastation and death caused by the Israeli’s and on the other the angst and fear caused by Palestinians; not Hamas.
And that is point-counter point of bias that NPR has created. These images will be used to paint Israel as the aggressor and the Palestinians, not Hamas, as the victims. This is how a left wing media “informs” America; while they present “both sides” they fail to present them equally. That is how impressionable young people who are not taught the value of an honest press are motivated against Israel and to support the animals of Hamas. And THAT is my “bias.”

Yes n is it not a challenge to even verify that media images are real n not from other times n places..
The horrors of any war are indeed horrors.. but as with media coverage of Ukraine... we the people who pray n give... want n deserve an honest report....
silly me to think in these times... 🤷♀️🤦♀️
