This is a map of the Middle East. Israel is barely discernible while almost every other nation in the region is highly visible at a glance; even Yemen which is roughly 1,500 miles from Israel.
Why is Yemen so important to what is happening in Israel and Gaza today? It’s very simple. Yemen has been in throes of a “civil war” for seven years. On one side is the internationally recognized government supported by Saudi Arabia and on the other are the Houthi rebels supported by Iran. There are no suppositions here. This is straight up Saudi Arabia v. Iran by proxy war. And, of course, Western and regional powers have chosen sides and have armed their minions appropriately.
Yemen is today’s subject because of this headline:
Sirens in Eilat: Hostile aircraft shot down over Red Sea, outside Israel's borders
Sirens sound in Eilat and nearby areas, due to suspected aircraft infiltration, IDF carries out successful intercept over Red Sea
The “suspected aircraft” was a UAV headed toward the Israeli coastal city of Eilat and it appears to have originated in Yemen and to have been launched by the Houthi rebels. This not the first time that either UAVs or cruise missiles from Yemen have been intercepted before they could reach their targets in Israel.
This past Friday, 27 October 2023 Israeli air defenses shot down another aerial threat headed toward Eilat.
The week before that on 22 October 2023 an US Navy Arleigh Burke class destroyer shot down “Several cruise missiles and UAVs launched by the Houthi faction in Yemen….”
Three incidences in three weeks of a rebel force launching sophisticated aerial vehicles at a city in Israel 1,500 miles away.
Rebel forces do not have factories or infrastructure or the engineering capacity to build long range UAVs and cruise missiles nor do they have the technical skill to operate them in flight BUT Iran the benefactor of the Houthi’s, does.
Iran does not hide its hatred for Israel or the United States. There are those in the media who would have you believe that Iran is simply concerned that this latest war between Israel and the “Palestinians” could get out control quickly and that it will slop over into other nations. But this what Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said in a public statement just last week:
"I warn the US and its proxy Israel that if they do not immediately stop the crime against humanity and genocide in Gaza, anything is possible at any moment and the region will go out of control.” (emphasis added)
I highlighted the phrase “anything is possible” because of it similarity to often shouted mantra of Hamas and their supporters that they will use “any means necessary” to defeat Israel. Iran is not a peaceful nation working for regional stability. The only question is how far is Iran willing to push their involvement?
Iran is an exporter of terrorism and the men and women who conduct those acts which brings us to our open border and evidence of Iranian influence inside the United States.
In a story published by the Washington Examiner on 12 October 2023, just five days after the massacre of more than 1,400 Israelis by Hamas, Senator Steve Daines (MT) who had visited our Southern Border said this:
"Since the first of October, Border Patrol agents have apprehended individuals from Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya. Malaysia, Morocco, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Yemen. This is just in the last 10 days."
According to Daines, 151 of those arrested were non-US citizens on the FBI’s terrorist watch list or affiliates of those who were. This was the largest number of such people arrested at the border in the 99 year history of the Border Patrol. Daines explained that their chosen route is by air to Columbia and then by the most convenient mode of transportation to Mexico and our Southern Border. There are no estimate of how many were not caught or for how long known terrorist from the Middle East have been infiltrating the United States.
But we do know that sympathy for Hamas and Hezbollah and the other terrorist organizations from the Middle East is extensive in the United States both in the public at large(here, here, and here) particularly on our “elite” university campuses (here, here, and here) and Congress.
Two points are to be made. First, we have no idea how many Middle Eastern terrorists have entered the U.S. in the last two years which is the time frame of Hamas’ planning in preparation for the Israeli massacre of 7 October 2023. Second, the “pro-Palestinian” elements in the U.S. have warned us that they are prepared to use “any means necessary” to achieve their goal of elimination of Israel and perhaps the United States as well:
“We call upon our Palestinian people... to preserve public property And the personal is a religious and moral national duty.. Our Palestinian people, despite the pain and tragedies, cannot raise a white flag until the occupation is removed and the independent Palestinian state is established with Jerusalem as its capital."

So much for a “two state solution”.....
And we now know why Arafat turned down the offer of a Palestinian state, because the Palestinians will NEVER be happy until Israel no longer exists.
They’ve made their position clear for decades, but our leaders (with the exception of Donald Trump) refuse to believe them.
Hamas deserves everything that’s coming to them......(except for the $100 million that the idiot Biden wants to give them.... they sure as hell don’t deserve that).
The whole thing also demonstrates why no Arab country will take Palestinians. They have undermined every country that they have been involved with...Jordan expelled them, so did Lebanon, and Egypt simply gave them the Gaza Strip instead of taking them in.
Maybe if they didn’t repeatedly murder innocent people without warning they might be more popular....?
