“I was both surprised and disappointed,” Fauci said of the court ruling, “because those types of things really are the purview of the CDC. This is a public health issue.”- Tony Fauci, April 21, 2022
"All we see is a constant feed of content where useful factual information and happy diversions, and cat videos, flow alongside lies, conspiracy theories, junk science, quackery, White supremacist, racist tracts, misogynist screeds.” - Barack Obama, April 21, 2022
These are two of the most dangerous lines of thought that I have seen expressed by two American “leaders” that I can remember. The statement from Tony Two Masks is a firm assertion that anything labeled “public health” (read CDC/FDA/NIH) is above the law. The musings of Barack Obama in one brief instance disparages people minding their business while posting “cat videos” and political analysts who are driving our culture into the hands of those who ran Nazi Germany and he does it without acknowledging that evil exists regardless of politics.
Had Mr. Obama had the benefit of hearing Tony Fauci it may have occurred to him that Fauci was precisely the authoritarian that he was warning against.
Tony Fauci, despite the very careful legal analysis and opinion offered by Judge Mizelle, concluded that she was wrong and that when “the public health” was at stake the law becomes irrelevant:
“This is a CDC issue, should not have been a court issue.”
Unfortunately, this view will hold sway among all those who would do their will and not the will of the majority who believe that there is a U.S. Constitution. Here is Tony’s primary problem — in issuing its public transportation mandate as well as all its other mandates, Rochelle Walensky’s CDC broke the law. PERIOD. But Fauci did get one thing right; “(this) should not have been a court issue.” and it wouldn’t have been if Walensky had not broken the law again. If you will remember, Walensky also broke the law when she unilaterally changed the guidance on how COVID-19 related deaths are coded when the decedent had COVID-19 at their time of death.
And now comes Barack Obama, the once and future king who believes that only those in opposition to his notions of a collectivist society are capable of evil and he does this with out recognizing the evil inherent in his own utterances. When he bemoans “junk science and quackery” Obama is no different than Tony Fauci. How can we forget what the consequences of Obama’s “one side” fits all policy of health care delivery were on the nation. Fauci is simply taking Obama’s view of society to its logical conclusion that the American people are incapable of self-governance and need to be ruled by group of elitist members of society who know precisely how we should act and think.
“The proud and arrogant person—“Mocker” is his name— behaves with insolent fury.” - Proverbs 21:24
How many times have we seen these two men rail with arrogance and mockery when things haven’t gone their way? From Obama’s rant in which he refused to acknowledged that crime is crime independent of skin color: “The Cambridge police acted stupidly.” (nota bene: Obama acknowledged in his statement that he didn’t have all the facts) and his lamentation when describing Americans who had been left behind by others like him that “they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy toward people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.”
Again, today we see the arrogance of these two men on full display. The problem with our society today is not that we are at war with one another. The problem is the reason for that war. We have allowed ourselves to be lulled into the sloth of mind and spirit that allows us to take the constantly available easy road.
The SARS-CoV-2 experience has proved one thing — as a society we have become uneducated and lazy. We no longer understand our own form of government, our constitution, economics, or science, and we have run from the faith on which this nation was built and the Creator who gave us life and our unalienable rights. As a result we are rudderless and we have come to trust the arrogant mockery of those like Tony Fauci, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden. Taken together they present just one side of the story of who we are and who we can be.
WE chose Ronald Reagan and he chose Tony Fauci and so did every president since Reagan. WE chose Barack Obama and he chose socialism. WE chose Joe Biden and he chose Rochelle Walensky.
Science is difficult and because it is difficult we tend to trust those who find it easy to explain it to us. But what happens when the motives of those scientists and the people that chose them is not pure?
They choose to thumb their noses at us and the law that keeps us free. But at whom have we thumbed our noses?

Quote from federal clerical administrator: "We are concerned about that about the courts getting involved in things that are unequivocally a public health decision. This is a CDC issue, should not have been a court issue."
Who’s the insurrectionist now?
Who is the we?
