THE HUR REPORT; IS IT REALLY A TRUMP EXONERATION?
Its About More Than A Doddering, Kindly, Well Intended, Old Man.
The Hur report is in the hands of the media and they are busy crafting a narrative in which Joe Biden is simply a victim of his own hubris and a “not real good memory”. As such he would never be found guilty by a jury of his peers. And beside all that — Ronald Reagan did the same thing. Case closed.
Not so fast.
The Hur report makes it clear that Senator, Vice President, private citizen, AND President Joe Biden knowingly broke the law covering the possession, handling, and storage of classified documents:
“Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen. These materials included (1) marked classified documents about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan, and (2) notebooks containing Mr. Biden's handwritten entries about issues of national security and foreign policy implicating sensitive intelligence sources and methods. FBI agents recovered these materials from the garage, offices, and basement den in Mr. Biden's Wilmington, Delaware home.”
Here are just a few of the areas and documents referred to by Mr. Hur. These photos were, of course, part of the evidence submitted by Mr Hur.
Mr. also wrote this:
“The classified documents and other materials recovered in this case spannedMr. Biden's career in national public life. During that career, Mr. Biden has long seenhimself as a historic figure. Elected to the Senate at age twenty-nine, he considered running for president as early as 1980 and did so in 1988, 2008, and 2020. He believed his record during decades in the Senate made him worthy of the presidency, and he collected papers and artifacts related to significant issues and events in his career. He used these materials to write memoirs published in 2007 and 2017, to document his legacy, and to cite as evidence that he was a man of presidential timber.”
And then there is the case of Donald Trump who upon leaving the White House brought boxes of documents with him. Some of those boxes had documents marked classified and were stored in various locations in his private residence at Mar-a-Lago, in Florida “some of which the National Archives has said were marked classified”. Donald Trumps response beginning in January of 2022 was to return the documents marked classified to the National Archives, and to begin a search for any more classified records that may have been in his possession.
Here is a photo of one of those boxes that caused such pearl clutching.
I’m pretty certain that y’all can decide for yourselves if any of those documents are or should be classified.
Despite the Presidents efforts to comply with the law on August 8, 2022 his private residence was the subject of a search warrant. Trump was then charged with 31 counts of violating the Espionage Act, which criminalizes the unauthorized possession of national defense information. He was also charged with six counts of lying to investigators because he said that they had turned over all the classified documents in his possession but even though he and his attorneys were still working with the staff of the National Archives to determine if their were more documents Mar-a-Lago was raided, more document were and Trump was indicted for violating the Espionage Act.
The question that we need to be asking is not necessarily ‘Is Joe Biden mentally compromised?’. One question that we should be asking and what is being mostly over looked is this: ‘What is Joe Biden’s view on possession and storage of classified documents in one’s own home?’. And here is the answer to that question:
In a 2022, 60 Minutes interview about President Trump’s possession of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago this is what Joe Biden who knew he was doing exactly the same thing as Trump with the exception of trying to return the documents in his possession, had to say about the former President:
— During Biden's sit-down with 60 Minutes, Pelley asked the president how he reacted when he saw the publicized image of several classified documents found at Mar-a-Lago.
Biden said he was left wondering "how that could possibly happen" and "how anyone could be that irresponsible."
"I thought, 'What data was in there that may compromise sources and methods?'" Biden said. "It's just totally irresponsible."—
This is what the AP had to say in June of 2023 about the difference between the Trump case and that of Joe Biden:
“Trump responded to the indictment Friday by falsely conflating his case with a separate classified documents investigation concerning President Joe Biden. Though classified records were found in a Biden home and office, there has been no indication that the president, unlike Trump, sought to conceal them or knew they were there.
“Nobody said I wasn’t allowed to look at the personal records that I brought with me from the White House. There’s nothing wrong with that,” Trump said in a post on his Truth Social platform.”
Let’s recap shall we? Trump learns that some of the material in 15 boxes of documents that were brought from the White House were classified. Trump and his attorneys begin working with the National Archives to return those documents and search for more. The FBI, which was apparently not satisfied with this progress, raided the President’s private residence armed with a search warrant and found more documents (100 pages out of 13,000). Trump was indicted and is facing a criminal trial based on 31 counts of violating the Espionage Act and 6 counts of lying to investigators because he told them that he believed he had turned over all the classified material.
Joe Biden had classified documents spanning his entire career in public office, many of which were handwritten notes that were used to prepare two books and were shared with his ghost writer. Some of those records were stored in a substandard cardboard box in his garage. But because he was characterized as being well intended and to have memory issues there will be no indictment.
The Trump case should be thrown out today.
“Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You shut the door of the kingdom of heaven in people's faces. You yourselves do not enter, nor will you let those enter who are trying to.” Matthew 23:13

The injustice and hypocrisy of the Biden administration and the “Justice” Department persecuting (not prosecuting) Donald Trump is staggering.
Especially the hypocrisy…..
