Ben Shapiro of the Daily Wire has focused on how the media failed yet again to bring an important story to the People.
Bernie Sanders the socialist Independent Senator from Vermont is angry because no one is giving Joe Biden the support for his presidential run that he deserves.
The only person who seems to be suggesting that it is time for Joe Biden to resign is the indescribable Hollywood socialist has-been, Rob Reiner who has been excoriated for suggesting that anyone other than Joe Biden could possibly beat the “destroyer of democracy” Donald Trump. Reiner’s detractors apparently didn’t notice that their “democracy” has already survived a Trump presidency and will no doubt survive another one.
Here is my point. You can scour the media - legacy, streaming, social, your favorite blog or Substack writer. As far as I can tell not one single person of prominence is calling for Joe Biden to resign.
Despite graphic descriptions and video proof of his progressively failing condition and the fact that for at least ten months he has had regular visits from a neurologist who specializes in Parkinson’s Disease, the emphasis of all of them is on trying to get a recalcitrant Joe Biden to end his candidacy for a second term.
IF Joe Biden is not medically fit for a second term in which universe is he medically fit to finish his current term?
To be clear, Republicans, RINO and Conservative alike, also have responsibility to be firm and of one voice in a compassionate call for Joe Biden’s resignation. It needs to be done with only the Republic in mind. I hope that they can do that. So far our leaders have failed.
Joe Biden’s health has long ceased to be a matter of politics and it is now a matter of who we are as a People. Are we still the Nation of great compassion driven by a Godly moral imperative or have we become so callous, so secular that only politics and winning matter? Joe Biden is suffering from Parkinson’s. The fact that we are ignoring that and discussing how he is the ONLY person who is positioned to “beat” Trump again is a stain on us as Nation. As is the fact that each day that Joe Biden remains in the Oval Office the Nation is imperiled by her enemies.
Joe Biden and those who surround him, particularly is wife have the responsibility to recognize what is best for the Nation and not their party or their personal aspirations. Joe Biden needs to be told that the time to go is now and he needs to be told with love and compassion.
The Moral High Ground is vacant and begging for occupancy.
