Here in Cincinnati, the all democrat city council just voted for enacting the Connected Communities zoning ordinance, in spite of essentially no support from any community and a LOT of resistance. But the developers want it, so the developers get it.

That's the primary reason I left Cincinnati more than 20 years ago. Until we get motivated to rebel politically it will never change.
