How Transgenderism Became Government Policy

Amendment XIV
Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges of immunities of citizens of the United states; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to person within its jurisdiction the protection of the laws. — July 9, 1868
Why the history lesson? Because it makes it very simple to respond to Barack Obama’s continuous sobriquet of “This is not who we are.” whenever he encountered a law or an idea that ran in opposition to his progressive leadership.
In point of fact, those three passages define precisely who we are as a people and if you are a “strict constructionist” who believes that our Constitution is a near perfect
document that allows for the greatest personal freedom of any nation in the history of world — that’s all you need to know.
NO ONE is excluded. ALL are included. ALL are equal under the law.
If you believe those words from the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution as do I, then you should be asking yourselves why have we been subjected to an endless series of Executive Orders that empower certain segments of our society to hold sway over the majority. Why would we allow legislation and government policies to be enacted that provide the minority with rights far beyond those asserted in the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution for ALL Americans? And what is the inherent purpose of insisting on those extreme “rights” for minorities over those universal rights established for ALL citizens?
AND why is the federal government actively empowering children with adult rights that allow them to assert their own consent for gender altering procedures including toxic drugs and radical, disfiguring surgeries?
More importantly, who is the source of those policies?
First, you need to understand why liberal and socialist political ideology is being disguised as “progressive". We general take the word “progressive” to mean “move forward along a path or course of action” and it has always had a benign meaning.
Here is the simple, general dictionary definition of “progressive”:
a: of, relating to, or characterized by progress
b: making use of or interested in new ideas, findings, or opportunities
And here is the definition of “progressive” as it applies to politics:
a: one that is progressive
b: one believing in moderate political change and especially social improvement by governmental action (emphasis added)
And this, ladies and gentlemen, is where our problem begins. You see, once we agree that the government should be driver of open ended “social improvement” and that
the government is the sole force for that improvement we immediately begin to displace God’s morality and replace it with the situational morality of man.
Progressive politicians and those who subscribe to their theory of progressive governance understand that the only way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time. The progressive politician and most of their supporters are perfectly comfortable with stumbling progress — two steps forward and one step back is still progress. Others are far more impatient.
The government’s promotion of transgenderism among our children began benignly enough in 2011 when the first of a series of executive orders and memoranda were signed by Barack Obama. Executive Order (EO) 13583, Establishing a Coordinated Government-Wide Intitiative to Promote Diversity and Inclusion in the Federal Workforce was the first step on the path to acceptance of transgenderism in children. The preamble to that EO is as follows:
”By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and in order to promote the Federal workplace as a model of equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion, it is hereby ordered as follows….”
Generally speaking, when the federal government issues an EO, an administrative rule or a new law they clearly define it terms. But oddly enough Barack Obama’s EO didn’t define one single term. Which means that “equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion” were now subject to individual interpretation particularly the interpretation of the politicians bent on “social improvement by government action”.
Obama’s EO was followed by his Presidential Memorandum on October 5, 2016 titled: Promoting Diversity and Inclusion in the National Security Workforce. Apparently, the Nation’s national security apparatus failed to understand what Obama meant by “diversity” in his 2011 EO so he wrote this memorandum to clarify things:
”When I issued Executive Order 13583 of August 18, 2011 (Establishing a Coordinated Government-wide Initiative to Promote Diversity and Inclusion in the Federal Workforce), I directed all departments and agencies to develop and implement a more comprehensive, integrated, and strategic focus on diversity and inclusion. This memorandum supports that effort by providing guidance that 1) emphasizes a data-driven approach in order to increase transparency and accountability at all levels; 2) takes into account leading practices, research, and experience from the private and public sectors; and 3) complements ongoing actions that agencies are taking pursuant to Executive Order 13583 and under the leadership of the Diversity and Inclusion in Government Council, including but not limited to efforts related to gender, race, ethnicity, disability status, veterans, sexual orientation and gender identity, and other demographic categories. This memorandum also supports Executive Order 13714 of December 15, 2015 (Strengthening the Senior Executive Service), by directing agencies to take additional steps to expand the pipeline of diverse talent into senior positions.”
And there it is, “diversity” defined: Diversity and Inclusion in Government Council, including but not limited to efforts related to gender, race, ethnicity, disability status, veterans, sexual orientation and gender identity, and other demographic categories.
For the first time in the history of our Nation our leaders, our politically progressive leaders, explained that the cultural diversity that made America the world’s “Melting Pot” and was the goal of the world’s freedom seekers was not enough. Diversity was now defined as essentially anything anyone wanted it to be. Promotion of the politically correct but biblically false notion of sexual orientation was now the official policy of the United States Government. But it didn’t end there.
The very day that Joe Biden was inaugurated his very first act as president of the United States of America was signing this: EO 13988 Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation:
Section 1. Policy. Every person should be treated with respect and dignity and should be able to live without fear, no matter who they are or whom they love. Children should be able to learn without worrying about whether they will be denied access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports.
IF you read nothing else today read this.
But just to make sure that EVERY person in and outside of government got the message this time Biden issued two more documents. The first was the National Security Memorandum of February 4, 2021 which strengthened the Obama National Security Memorandum of 2016 and the second was the March 8, 2021 EO 14020 Establishment of the White House Gender Policy Council:
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. Policy. Advancing gender equity and equality is a matter of human rights, justice, and fairness. It is also a strategic imperative that reduces poverty and promotes economic growth, increases access to education, improves health outcomes, advances political stability, and fosters democracy. The full participation of all people—including women and girls—across all aspects of our society is essential to the economic well-being, health, and security of our Nation and of the world.
It is therefore the policy of my Administration to establish and pursue a comprehensive approach to ensure that the Federal Government is working to advance equal rights and opportunities, regardless of gender or gender identity, in advancing domestic and foreign policy—including by promoting workplace diversity, fairness, and inclusion across the Federal workforce and military. This order is intended to advance gender equity and equality, with sensitivity to the experiences of those who suffer discrimination based on multiple factors, including membership in an underserved community.
And so, it is now the firm policy of the United States of America that “gender identity” is essential “to the economic well-being, health, and security of our Nation and of the world”. And all by the stroke of Joe Biden’s pen.
Were you asked if this should be the policy of the United States government? Did you get a chance to vote for it? Were you told by Joe Biden on those rare campaign appearances that his very first act in office would be to completely rewrite the Declaration of Independence, the United States Constitution, and the Fourteenth Amendment?
I know that I wasn’t asked. I know that none of this was run by the House of Representatives or the US Senate. This fundamental change (sound familiar) was orchestrated by just two men, Barack Obama and Joe Biden. I will put the blame on them because their names are on these EO’s and Memoranda, knowing full well that there were others behind the scenes who crafted these documents.
These “fundamental changes” to our Constitution and our laws were made by diktat.

So I'm gonna take it back further - 1992. The Clintons were so charming, and I had no idea of the corruption when I voted for him (I was a lot more naive then, too). Like with Obama, I had a lot of hope when Bill Clinton took office. Perhaps, now (I am a member of a religious minority, and at the time, Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson were driving a lot of politics, and I could ***see*** their corruption) my tribe would be safe from the Religious Right.
But Clinton's FIRST act upon entering the White House was "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" for the US Military. Of all the policies he could enact - maybe something environmental, maybe something to help with the horrid healthcare problem, maybe raising the minimum wage or sommat to help the little guy (that was his platform, after all) he made some kind of Gay legislation.
I didn't object to "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," it seemed so minor, so tiny. But it did strike me as bizarre that this was his first act.
I know we are supposed to respect our leaders but these people make it really, really hard! Thank you for all you do to shine the light in the darkness! God bless.
