Money and Hate
They gave and gave more.
Giving only tothe one.
The other, hatred.
I am not a poet and certainly not a master of the Haiku but it makes my point and that of Jonathan Turley and now Alan Dershowitz. Dershowitz the once darling of the left and open Trump antagonist is also the model of blind justice.
I like Dershowitz because he’s brilliant and as objective in his application of constitutional law as any lawyer I’ve seen.
Here is what we learned yesterday: “A prosecutor working on special counsel Jack Smith's cases against former President Donald Trump has donated thousands of dollars to Democrats and to elect Joe Biden as president, according to donation records.”
When I was a government employee who was entrusted with being objective in formulating proposed safety and health standards that favored only the scientific facts neither workers or employers I was cautioned reputedly to never even give the appearance of a conflict of interest. Then there was the Hatch Act which I scrupulously followed. I never appeared at a political event in uniform nor did I use my position to promote a candidate. I did not even donate to one. Though I was not barred from doing so I viewed it as a bias toward one point of view or another. Better safe than sorry.
One prosecutor in the most recent Trump case (conspiracy to spread disinformation) is David Rody who “…donated $2,500 to the Democratic National Committee and $1,000 to Rep. Dan Goldman (D-N.Y.) in 2022, according to records from the Federal Election Commission.” Rody also gave $5,600 to elect Joe Biden in 2020.
Let there be no question about the fact that Rody has not only a general political bias but more to the point a specific bias against a former and current candidate who seeks to replace the candidate supported by Rody’s money. A donation to Joe Biden of $5,600 is far beyond an appearance of a conflict of interest for a prosecutor of Donald Trump; the man who is an official candidate for President of the United States and who is running specifically to replace the object of Rody’s monetary affection.
But in the words of the once famous Shamwow Vince (Vince Shalomi) - But wait! There’s more!
D.C. District Judge Tanya Chutkan, the Obama-appointed judge overseeing the charges brought against Trump related to the 2020 election, donated nearly $4,300 to Obama's campaign in 2008 and 2012. Granted donating to Obama isn’t donating to Biden unless as recent reports that make a strong case for Obama serving as the shadow president for the senile Joe Biden, are true.
Make no mistake, democrats in general and those in power specifically — hate Donald Trump. And not with ordinary hatred. They have a hatred so deep that it is “speculated” to have resulted in a tainted presidential election and charges of misconduct for doing what other former and a current president have and are doing — having once classified records which they have the legal authority to possess in their possession. It is notable that while Trump was cooperating with the National Archives to resolve issues of possession the DOJ in a completely unnecessary move, raided his home. That raid has resulted in a Trump indictment. The basis of that indictment is questionable.
Meanwhile, Joe Biden who obtained classified records while he was the Vice President of the United States and which he had no legal authority to possess were found stored in his garage next to his Corvette. Biden unlike Trump has escaped all legal scrutiny by the same DOJ that is busily indicting Trump for a non-crime.
Back to Dershowitz who points out that were Trump to be tried by a jury of his peers for a second alleged crime of “conspiracy to spread disinformation” it would be virtually impossible to construct a fair and impartial jury in the arena in which he was indicted — Washington, D.C. , "… the most extreme Democratic district in the country. Approximately 95% of the potential jurors register and vote Democrat.”
Dershowitz is rightly concerned about Trump’s Sixth Amendment rights:
"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed….” Amendment IV The Constitution of the United States of America
Jonathan Turley stated that the instant indictment resolves to a meaningless haiku. Dershowitz rightly argues that the venue for this trail violates Trumps Sixth Amendment right to an impartial jury and he also has the right to prosecution by those not tainted by a clear conflict of interest.
While all of this strum und drung is going on in public driven by the media, social and other wise what exactly is going on mostly behind the scenes and not subject to either a serious move to impeach or arrest Joe Biden for high crimes and misdemeanors?
This is going on:
Silk Road Paved with Cash: Court records confirm millions flowed to Biden family from China
There is now no doubt that 1) Hunter Biden sold access to his father the Vice President and now President to the Chinese Communist Party and the corrupt Ukrainian government and 2) Joe Biden knew that his son was doing that and that the Biden family profited to the tune of at least $10,000,000 as a result of Hunter’s efforts.
Lest there be doubt about Joe Biden’s involvement in his sons corruption this is what we know:
”Further, the plea agreement (recently rejected by Judge Maryellen Noreika) shows Hunter Biden received $500,000 in compensation from Burisma Holdings in 2017. The Ukrainian energy company remains at the center of corruption accusations against Joe Biden. Back in 2015, Burisma Holdings pressured Hunter Biden to deal with a Ukrainian prosecutor who was investigating the firm for corruption, Just the News previously reported. The prosecutor was later fired after then-Vice President Joe Biden — the point person for the Obama administration’s Ukraine policy — demanded his ouster.”
In 2015 Joe Biden was Barack Obama’s Vice President. It is crystal clear that not only did Joe Biden participate in and financially benefit from Hunter’s corruption but most likely so did Barack Obama.
The desperation of the Democrat leadership and most of its party followers to end the first Trump presidency and to prevent a second one is palpable. They attempted to impeach President Trump twice. Once on fraudulent charges of colluding with the Russians which we now know with certainty was manufactured between the Clinton campaign and corrupt DOJ officials and once, incredibly, when his term was over and he was out of office.
Corrupt use of federal agencies by democrat office holders is not new and it has nearly destroyed our freedoms. The Credit Default Swap of the 90’s had at its core the SEC, Fannie Mae and at least two powerful congressmen and a future president: Barney Frank chairman of the House Financial Services Committee from 2007 to 2011; Christopher Dodd chairman of the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, and Junior Senator Barack Obama who was the third greatest recipient of campaign funds from Fannie Mae.
Barack Obama went on as president to use his Internal Revenue Service to starve donations to the Tea Party and other conservative organizations and put in place a DOJ filled with corrupt officials who would concoct a story of illegal activity between candidate Trump and Vladimir Putin and who conspired to spy on the Trump campaign.
In the meantime, the Biden Administration record of lies, deceit and corruption in office during the Pandemic Affair is legion.
We now have a democrat administration being run by someone that is squeezing away every personal right ensured by the Constitution. From conspiring to transfer parental authority to the federal government to deciding how you will cook your food, the Biden administration is a relentless power grabbing machine.
If you are a democrat office holder or corrupt government official there is much to be lost by a second Trump presidency.
12Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day he visits us. 13Submit yourselves for the Lord’s sake to every human authority: whether to the emperor, as the supreme authority, 14or to governors, who are sent by him to punish those who do wrong and to commend those who do right. 15For it is God’s will that by doing good you should silence the ignorant talk of foolish people. 16Live as free people, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as God’s slaves. 1 Peter 2:12-16

There’s rumblings that Smith could end up indicted for his abuse of the legal system. Not just disbarred, but actually indicted. I know Kash Patel is not looking worried at all about the upcoming circuses 🎪🎪🎪 and seems excited about the opportunities discovery will *finally* provide for entering evidence into not just the legal defense but the public court of opinion. It sounds like reasons for some optimism. Would love to hear your thoughts on both issues/ speculations.
Thank you Larry, great information!
